How to install it
Android
Open the customer area in a supported browser. Use Install app or Add to Home screen in the browser menu. If an install button appears inside the app, you can use that too.
iPhone
Open dewbuds.com/app/home in Safari. Tap Share → Add to Home Screen and follow the available web-app options.
You can also use it directly in your browser. Website updates reach the web app when you reconnect; there is no need to download another APK. Browser wording and support may vary.
Your account & privacyConnected to your salon.
This customer area is part of dewbuds.com. Booking requests are securely saved online, independently of opening WhatsApp. Our team reviews requests; sending a request does not confirm an appointment.
Sign in with Google or with a verified email address and password. Email registration includes a verification link and password recovery. After you save your profile, your name and mobile reach the connected salon PC as Awaiting verification. Staff check your identity and create or link the correct salon record. A private link code remains available if needed. Linked receipts and package balances become available after the salon PC synchronises them. Package points are deducted only at billing or completion.
Optional passkey or authenticator protection is available in Account. Browsing the main website and making a guest enquiry do not require a customer account.
